LEVELS OF FITNESS

Many doing my classes or having PT sessions make comments about their fitness levels

"I am so unfit" is the common statement

It is all relative. 
WE ALL started where you are. 
WE ALL felt how you do (we still do!)
EVERYDAY is a mental challenge to just get up, show up and get it done.
But, with every effort you are rewarded with better fitness levels, a body that can move better, more easily and can do what it once couldn't.
Be persistent and one day you will wake up, look at yourself and be thankful that you made those changes and stuck with it.

Encourage people starting their journey to keep doing what they are and tell them it does get easier but you just push yourself harder.
